Artist is shown as "BUTTERFIELD BLUES BAND" on labels.
[l512061 pressing, identified by faintly-etched "ARC" in runouts, followed by a date code for every stamper. The date configuration may appear in a conventional MM-DD-YY form, but more often occurs in pressing-plant shorthand as M/D/Y, M-D-Y, MD/Y or without separators altogether, and includes only the final digit of the year [1966, [1968, etc.

Since the date-codes are typically the only marks that distinguish one plate from the next (and each plate would only have been used for 1000 records or so), Allentown's use of the same master/matrix number and label-design makes this one single "pressing" stretching through a period of high demand from August 1966 (the initial pre-release manufacturing) to October 1968 or even later. Even the gold company inner-sleeve stayed the same.
For users who wish to identify early platings as relatively more "original", an August release date is mentioned at Michael Bloomfield's online bio (September seems more probable), and the LP debuted in the Billboard charts the week of October 8, 1966.

A1.
